Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with LovedPDF Pro. This policy covers refunds and cancellations.
Subscriptions (monthly & yearly)
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel, Pro remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of a charge and we will issue a full refund for that billing period, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically settle within 5–7 business days.
Lifetime purchases
The one-time Lifetime plan is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
