Privacy Policy

Privacy is the core of LovedPDF. This policy explains what we do and do not collect, across LovedPDF and its sister sites (LovedImage, LovedDocs, LovedSign, LovedVideo).
Your files
Browser-only tools never upload your files. Processing happens on your device; your documents do not reach our servers. You can verify this yourself: open your browser's DevTools, go to the Network tab, and watch. Nothing leaves.
AI and server tools
Optional, clearly-labelled AI tools (Chat with PDF, Summarize, OCR) and server tools send only the minimum data needed to perform the task, for example the specific text snippets and your question, not the whole file. This data is processed to return your result, is not used to train models, and is not retained beyond the request.
Accounts
If you create an account, we store your email address to sign you in (via a magic link) and to associate your Pro entitlement. We use Supabase to store this securely and Resend to send sign-in emails.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details. We store only your plan, status, and the Razorpay identifiers needed to manage your subscription.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are used. We do not sell your data, ever.
