How are headings detected?

We compute the modal (most common) font size on each page and treat that as body text. Anything visibly larger becomes a heading, with level (H1/H2/H3) assigned by how much larger.

Tables are extracted as space-separated text (use /pdf-table-extractor for proper CSV). Images are dropped — Markdown doesn't carry embedded images.

Does it preserve lists?

Yes — bullets (•, -, *) and numbered lists (1., 2)) are detected and converted to proper Markdown syntax.
