Summarize any PDF, privately

Get a concise summary of any PDF: abstract, key points, and conclusions. The text is extracted in your browser, and only a trimmed excerpt is sent to Anthropic, a third-party AI provider, to write the summary.

Sends document text to Anthropic (third party), deleted within 30 days

How this stays private

  • The PDF is read locally via pdf.js. The file itself never uploads.
  • Only the first 32 KB of cleaned text (~10 pages of dense content) is sent over HTTPS to Anthropic, a third-party AI provider. Never the file.
  • Anthropic automatically deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days, and by default does not use them to train its models.
